Why we collect it
Solely to contact you about your appointment, to provide related care, and to comply with medical record-keeping norms (Indian Medical Council Regulations 2002, Reg. 1.3). We do not sell your data.
Who processes it
Your details may be processed by our service providers (calendar scheduling, transactional email, WhatsApp messaging). Some of these providers run servers outside India, including in the United States. We have contracts in place requiring them to protect your data. India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 permits cross-border transfer unless the country is specifically restricted; as of publication of this notice, no such restriction applies.
How long we keep it
We retain your booking details for 36 months from your last interaction with the clinic, to match medical-record norms, after which they are permanently deleted. We will notify you 48 hours before deletion. Marketing-opt-in contact details are deleted immediately if you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You may at any time:

- • Ask us to correct or delete them

Breach notification
In the unlikely event of a personal-data breach, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board of India without delay and will submit a detailed report within 72 hours, as required by DPDP Rules, 2025.
Children's data
If the patient is under 18, we require verifiable parental or guardian consent at the point of booking. We do not knowingly profile or target children for marketing.
Doctor–patient confidentiality
Nothing in this notice reduces our clinical confidentiality obligations under the Indian Medical Council (Professional Conduct, Etiquette and Ethics) Regulations, 2002, Regulation 7.14. Your consent to marketing communications does not authorise any disclosure of clinical details.
Changes
We may update this notice from time to time. Material changes will be flagged at the top of this page, and where we hold your contact details, we will let you know before the change takes effect.
